• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments.
• Proficiently navigate a Windows-based & Web-based system to track routes and optimize schedules.
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and suggest alternative routes when appropriate.
• Identify customer concerns through listening and questioning and assess needs.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the database and document call details and payments.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and safeguard customer information.
