Chase & Holland is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their Bolton team. The role focuses on handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and collaborating with Sales, Warehouse, Shipping and Production to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Ideal candidates will have solid customer service experience, strong communication, and proficiency with ERP systems. This position offers full training and a collaborative environment within a global organisation.

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Sage, SAP, Oracle).
• Experience with export orders/documentation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders accurately and within cut-off times.
• Handle complex customer queries and complaints via phone, email and other channels.
• Manage orders of varying complexity, including export documentation and certifications.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as liaison between customers, sales and internal departments.
• Support and coach new team members, including system training and development needs.
