Job summary

Chadwell Supply is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in the United States. You will handle inbound calls, process quotes, orders, returns, and credit card authorizations, collaborating with warehouse and sales staff to ensure accurate and timely service.

We offer a stable full-time schedule, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with no weekends and hybrid opportunities after training.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and SalesPad.
• Data entry and information extraction from orders.
• Strong process analysis and improvement skills.
• Ability to multi-task with interruptions.
• Financial aptitude for profitable order fulfillment.
• Average computer literacy; some college recommended.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and process quotes, orders, and returns.
• Process credit card authorizations on open orders.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, account managers, and branch managers.
• Provide substitutes for backordered items when requested.
• Maintain clear communication via email and phone with customers.
