You will handle orders, respond to questions, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining timely, accurate information and professional communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Proven customer relations and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Input customer orders and credits accurately.
• Input order and invoicing information in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with orders and problems; contact vendors for samples.
• Provide professional assistance when working with public, customers, vendors and co-workers.
• Perform daily administrative duties such as checking faxes and mail.
• Attend training and customer service meetings.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and proactive communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
