Job summary

Target Specialty Products is seeking a Customer Service Representative who can work independently to support our product line across assigned branches and drive business growth.

In this role you will manage orders, handle returns, maintain client relationships, and participate in ongoing product education and safety training. Day-one benefits are provided for full-time colleagues, with a focus on accuracy and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on customer support experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of office applications including Google Suite.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-manage daily tasks and workload.
• Strong personal organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer Customer Calls and provide appropriate assistance.
• Assist RDCs with customer service questions and returns.
• Assist Customer Service Manager with special projects.
• Input orders through System.
• Input drop shipments through System.
• Identify backorders and assist with fulfillment.
• Input licencing information for customers seeking restricted items (RUP).
• Complete Sales Return orders within 48 hours.
• Report product shortages to warehouses.
