Job summary

PLS is seeking a Customer Service Representative located in Forest Hill to be the primary contact with customers, educate on products and services, and ensure adherence to all policies. The CSR will handle transactions, maintain a balanced cash drawer, and support a clean store environment.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience in hospitality or retail, fluent English, and the willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum customer service experience in hospitality, retail, financial services or restaurant preferred.
• Must be able to engage with customers and present products/services.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business.
• Educating customers on products and services.
• Ensuring all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Following company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
• Completing all transactions accurately, including cash handling.
• Using our point-of-sale system to access information and process transactions.
• Resolving customer complaints or referring them to the Store Manager for resolution.
• Helping to maintain a neat and clean store environment for customers and team members.
• Performing other duties as instructed by management.
