Job summary

BFS FOODS is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver fast, friendly service to customers. The role involves cashier duties, stocking shelves, lifting merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness. Basic math and English literacy are required, with training provided for POS systems.

The CSR position is hourly, with full- or part-time availability. The work environment includes standing for long periods and occasional entry into coolers/freezers.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills for store forms and transactions.
• Ability to operate a cash register and POS system.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly service to customers.
• Stock shelves and coolers as needed.
• Check identifications and pricing of merchandise.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform stocking tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of store, windows, and floors.
• Work in cooler and freezer as required.
• Learn and use computer systems for transactions.
