Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to encourage repeat business.
• Educate customers on PLS products and services.
• Ensure transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and accurate cash handling.
• Use the point-of-sale system to access information and process transactions.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate to Store Manager as needed.
• Keep store environment neat and welcoming for customers and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
