PLS seeks a Customer Service Representative in Brooklyn to be the face of our store, delivering outstanding service and educating customers on our financial products. You will handle transactions, maintain cash accuracy, and ensure compliance with laws and policies in a busy retail environment.

The role requires strong English, a professional demeanor, and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers and offer products based on needs.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; honesty and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business.
• Educate customers on products and services offered by PLS.
• Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and accurate cash handling.
• Process transactions using the POS system.
• Resolve customer complaints or refer to Store Manager for resolution.
• Keep the store environment neat and clean for customers and staff.
• Perform other duties as instructed by management.
