Job summary

Engage Technologies Corporation in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a Customer Service professional to provide excellent support to customers, sales representatives, and distributors for our products. You will handle daily order processing, returns, and inquiries to ensure accurate, timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2–3 years’ experience in customer service recommended.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and shipping processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Processing of daily orders accurately with great attention to detail.
• Processing of return authorizations (RMAs) and credit memos.
• Answer incoming customer phone calls for the team and provide backup coverage for the Front Desk.
• Research any customer discrepancies (order amount, shipping issues etc.) and provides a resolution and response in a timely and accurate manner.
• Work closely with accounting for new account set up and collections.
• Match daily paperwork related to orders and invoicing. Pull copies as requested.
• Cross-train and provide coverage for other Customer Service Representatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
