You will navigate pricing and quotes, assist with online ordering, and collaborate with production and shipping to address inquiries, returns, and order status. High school diploma required; one year of customer service experience preferred; SAP experience helpful.

Formación

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• 1 year of professional customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in manufacturing or garage door industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Answer customer questions via phone and email and resolve issues.
• Enter orders into the system and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide product, pricing, and availability information to customers.
• Assist customers with online ordering and returns; coordinate with production, shipping, and warehouse as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to expedite or trace shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
