Responsibilities

• Process orders, forms, and requests. Resolve or escalate customer complaints.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information using proper tools.
• Record product complaints in Discrepancy Management System and forward samples to Quality for investigation.
• Provide pricing and delivery information.
• Set up new customer accounts.
• Create and maintain pricing contracts in SAP and prepare Pro Forma Invoices, commercial invoices and CIF charges for international accounts.
