Job summary

Hansgrohe North America seeks a Customer Experience Representative to be the primary responder for all incoming customer and sales support calls. You will process orders in the SAP system, verify data, and ensure 24-hour email responses while maintaining product and pricing knowledge.

In this role you will collaborate with sales teams and stakeholders, resolve issues, and uphold Hansgrohe's service standards. A high school diploma and 1–3 years in the field are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 1-3 years of experience in the field.
• Solid command of the English language both verbal and written.
• Must be able to read, write and comprehend written and verbal instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Proficient user of SAP and other required operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and requests via ecommerce, RGA’s, customers through SAP order entry system, including verification of key data.
• Serve as the first responder and final resolution for all incoming customer related calls and emails.
• Ensure timely responses to customer, sales representative, or sales management inquiries within 24 hours.
• Enter customer orders and file all documentation related to customer orders.
• Review sales orders for entry errors before release to warehouse for shipping.
