The role requires organization, reliability, and a customer-focused approach, handling tasks across in-person, email, and phone communications, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math, computer, and keyboarding skills are essential.
• Legible handwriting and strong attention to detail are necessary.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Spanish is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills; multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers promptly, politely, and professionally in person, by email, and by phone.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all customer records and accounts.
• Post payments, process deposits, and assist with managing billing cycles (monthly, quarterly, 28-day).
• Prepare dispatch tickets, process delinquent notices, and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Compose and distribute customer communications regarding service routes, pricing, or schedule updates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date office files, phone lists, and pricing sheets.
• Coordinate with IT to ensure system pricing accuracy.
• Process autopay and portal payments and run database reports to track services.
• Perform receptionist, telephone operator, and dispatcher duties as needed.
• Participate in company training and meetings; assist with staff training on customer communication.
• Support teamwork and collaboration across all departments to meet company goals
