UniFirst, an international leader in garment and uniform services, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Louisville, KY. You will handle customer inquiries by phone and email, process returns, and resolve issues to maintain high service levels.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. It offers full-time hours, a 1st shift, and opportunities to grow within a large, established company.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years related experience and/or training in the field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
• Experience with AS400 system is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret written instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math and work with numbers.
• Detail oriented with good organizational skills and prioritization.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Able to distinguish colors.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound inquiries via phone and e-mail in a professional, service-oriented manner.
• Process customer returns into inventory.
• Troubleshoot and respond to customers promptly.
• Be dependable and flexible in a dynamic environment.
• Provide coverage for receptionist duties as needed.
