Job summary

Custom Door & Gate, part of Installed Building Products, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle warranty and service calls, document requests, and job tickets. You will coordinate schedules, manage internal work tickets, and contact national builders and customers to verify site readiness.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service, familiarity with accounting and CRM software, and strong English/Spanish communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of accounting and CRM software.
• Fluent English/Spanish language skills a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time efficiently.
• Knowledge of customer service ethics, principles, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls for warranty and service calls, document requests, and prepare job tickets.
• Arrange work schedules.
• Manage job work tickets with the internal system.
• Contact national builders and customers to verify the readiness of job sites.
