Job summary

Priority Toyota Chesapeake is seeking a Service BDC Representative to handle inbound and outbound service calls, schedule service appointments, and ensure a smooth service experience.

You will work closely with service advisors and management to meet department goals, maintain accurate records, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
