Job summary

Caliber Collision in Florissant, MO is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers and deliver outstanding service, monitor center workload, and coordinate rental car providers to offer one-stop service.

You will work with insurance partners on authorizations, billing and load-level processes, building knowledge of requirements while supporting internal and external customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer facing environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor work volume and advise on load level requests as needed.
