Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative at the Farragut Service Center to greet customers and provide extraordinary service while coordinating Rental Car and insurance-related processes.

The role requires 1+ year of customer-facing experience and the ability to navigate multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office, in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer facing environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide extraordinary service.
• Monitor center workload and assist with load level requests.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow services for one-stop customer care.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements and authorizations.
