Classic Collision is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Van Nuys, CA. The position offers $22-$26 per hour, depending on experience, with full-time hours and a supportive team culture.

As the first point of contact, you will guide customers through the repair process, coordinate rental and tow services, and maintain communications with insurance partners to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on repair process, including insurance claim information.
• Coordinate rental car and tow services to provide one-stop support for customers.
• Assist with reconciling invoices and maintaining DRP logs and records.
