Responsibilities

• Greet and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Monitor center work volume and advise load level requests as needed.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow companies to provide one-stop service.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing and load level processes.
