Job summary

Caliber Fresno is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers and provide exceptional service while coordinating various services at the center. You will monitor workload, assist with load leveling, and liaise with rental car and tow companies to deliver one-stop service for customers.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in a customer-facing role, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple software systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience within a customer facing environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems, i.e., Microsoft Office Suite.
• Work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide extraordinary customer service.
• Monitor work volume and assist with load level requests.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow companies to provide one-stop service for customers.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations and billing.
• Support center operations and teamwork to ensure customer satisfaction.
