Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Customer Service Representative at the Fresno - Palm Bluff Service Center. You will greet customers, manage daily workload, and coordinate rental car/tow services to ensure one-stop customer care. Knowledge of insurance authorizations and billing is beneficial.

Earn up to $16–$20 per hour, with benefits from day one, overtime eligibility, and weekly pay. A pathway for growth and advancement is highlighted throughout the role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Friendly, personable customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide extraordinary service to internal and external customers.
• Monitor center work volume and suggest load level adjustments.
• Coordinate Rental Car/Tow with partners to provide one-stop service.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing and load levels.
