Job summary

Russell Tobin is hiring a Customer Service Specialist for a financial services client. The role is onsite in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, on a 3+ month contract with the possibility of extension or permanent conversion based on performance.

You will deliver exceptional service, assist customers with inquiries and account questions, and document interactions across multiple systems. Training is provided and long-term career potential is available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, healthcare, restaurant, banking, call center, or similar).
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple systems quickly.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable attendance is required, especially during training.
• Must be able to work onsite and every other Saturday.

Job description

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Start between 8:00 AM–10:00 AM, end between 5:00 PM–7:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM–9:00 PM (+$1.00/hour shift differential)
• Every other Saturday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) with a flex day off during the week
