Job summary

Norm Reeves Subaru Rockwall in Rockwall, TX is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to guide customers through the vehicle buying journey with a friendly, professional approach. Training is provided, no prior automotive experience required.

You will learn our inventory, respond to questions, and work with a team to meet sales goals while building lasting customer relationships in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, fitness, or sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
