Norm Reeves Subaru of Rockwall is seeking a Salesperson to join our on-site showroom and lot in Rockwall, TX. You will greet guests, conduct test drives with proper IDs, and deliver vehicles while explaining features, warranties, and paperwork.

Qualificações

• Full-time availability and being at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and offer tailored assistance to guests who enter the dealership showroom or sales lot
• Offer test drives and obtain proper identification from all prospects prior to the drive
• Deliver vehicles to customers and ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork
• Maintain confidential customer information on a Dealership Management System.
• Assist in writing complete sales orders and processes paperwork in accordance to the dealership’s policies and procedures
• Introduce customers to the Sales Managers for an opportunity to meet with management
• Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and delivery of vehicles
• Drive yourself and the team to maintain a super work environment and get better every day

Location: Rockwall, TX (On site) | Type: Full Time | Salary Range: $45,000 - $140,000

As aSalesperson, you’re one of the most important team members atNorm Reeves Subaru-Rockwall. You will handle all in-person guests with vehicle purchases in the show room and sales lot. You will strive to increase customer retention by providing genuine service and fully explaining product performance and the benefits to each guest. We’re looking for a team player with an outgoing, customer-service approach to daily responsibilities. This is a great entry point for a career with us, for someone who already has customer service or a general sales background (like electronics, appliances, real estate, B2B, marketing, etc.)
