Norm Reeves Subaru Rockwall is seeking a Service Advisor to warmly greet guests and manage the service drive. You will clearly communicate vehicle status and propose additional services to enhance the guest experience.
You will also prepare detailed repair orders after the initial inspection and note the primary concerns from the guest. This on-site, full-time role requires 18+ years old, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication.

As a Service Advisor, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Subaru of Rockwall. You’re responsible for creating a super Norm Reeves location service experience for our guests and using your communication skills to build the bridge between guests and technicians.
