SUMMARY:

In this role as a Customer Service Specialist, you will support government and municipal clients by ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments. You will manage a high volume of transactions, resolve customer inquiries, and maintain detailed records in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. 3 agents: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; 3 agents: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

REQUIREMENTS:
