Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Memphis, TN to serve as a key contact for customers, entering orders and providing timely support to ensure total satisfaction.

You will engage with customers on calls and written communication, actively selling Graybar products and assisting with product selection and application. The role involves coordinating service requests such as pricing, expediting, billing, and claims.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
• Retail or counter sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer experience is top notch in quality.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and written correspondence professionally and timely.
• Assist in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
• Provide support on product selection and application.
• Coordinate customer service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims.
