FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for current and prospective customers in our center. You will communicate by email, telephone, and in person to build lasting relationships and guide clients from inquiry to ongoing partnership.

The role includes cross training into sign production and possibly operating digital printers and engravers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the initial contact for customers via email, phone, or in person.
