Job summary

FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock in Cleveland is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the initial contact for current and prospective customers. You will handle inquiries by email, phone, in person, and on customer sites, helping turn prospects into buyers and long-term clients.

You will work in a fast-growing signage environment, receive full training, and interact directly with customers to resolve issues by selling a tangible product produced at our local facility.

Qualifications

• Applicants should be interested in visual composition and have the technical/spatial awareness to translate artistic vision into custom made products.

Responsibilities

• Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers via email, telephone, in-person, and on-site visits.
• Work to build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and then into long-term clients.
• Sell a tangible product produced at the Cleveland production facility and support customers to save the day.
