FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first contact with current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center. You will work via email, telephone, in-person, and on-site at their place of business to build long-lasting relationships and turn prospects into clients.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and people person with strong listening skills.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the sign industry.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for customers via email, phone, or in-person.
• Build long-term relationships and convert prospects into clients.
• Learn to prepare estimates and manage work orders for timely delivery.
• Participate in daily team meetings and support marketing plans.
• Contribute to success of the FASTSIGNS Center.
