Job summary

Austin Wood Recycling is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support daily shipping, receiving, and logistics while providing clerical coordination. You will be a key contact for drivers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth material flow.

The role requires English proficiency with Spanish preferred, prior client services experience, and strong communication skills to resolve inquiries and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.
• Previous experience in client services or customer support is preferred.
• Strong skills in outbound calling and effective communication.
• Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide appropriate solutions.
• Familiarity with office environments and data entry processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including in-person and phone.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and build relationships.
