Job summary

Austin Wood Recycling in Austin, Texas is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily shipping, receiving, and logistics operations while providing clerical and coordination support. You will be a key contact for drivers, internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth material flow.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, and capable of handling multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.
• Previous experience in client services or customer support is preferred.
• Strong skills in outbound calling and effective communication.
• Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide appropriate solutions.
• Familiarity with office environments and data entry processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including in-person, and phone.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalated issues as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Assume other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by management.
