Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician routes.
• Handle customer service requests and service-related communications.
• Enter and maintain customer information and records.
• Utilize QuickBooks and other business software to support office operations.
• Communicate with customers regarding appointments, services, and follow-up needs.
• Assist with administrative and clerical duties as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service while building positive customer relationships.
