Orkin in Florida is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to field requests, schedule service visits, and coordinate routes for our pest-control professionals. You'll work in a fast-paced team and deliver the best customer experience with empathy and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and follow through
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm and follow up on service appointments
• Navigate Windows-based and Web-based systems to track routes and schedules
• Schedule appointments for technicians to minimize drive time and optimize routes
• Identify customer concerns through listening and questions
• Maintain accurate customer data including call details and payments
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours
• Participate in quality assurance processes and initiatives
• Safeguard customer privacy and proprietary information
