Job summary

HireAligned, Inc. is seeking a full-time Customer Service Rep in Troutdale, OR. You will handle high-volume phone lines, schedule home services, relay details to field technicians, and assist in resolving customer issues with strong communication.

Required are 1 year of office or call center experience, excellent communication skills, typing 50 WPM, and data entry proficiency. The role operates in a 7am–5pm shift within a 8-hour day, and offers PTO, 401k match, and health/dental coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of office experience or call center experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Must type at least 50 WPM and perform 10-key data entry.

Responsibilities

• Answer multiple incoming phone lines and interact with customers.
• Schedule service calls via dispatching program.
• Relay job details to field techs and coordinate between customers and technicians.
• Monitor emails and vendor portals for work orders and perform heavy data entry.
