Job summary

Ballard Heating, Cooling, Electric & Plumbing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Lynnwood office. This full-time CSR handles high-volume inbound calls, books service visits, and supports dispatch and operations with confidence and speed.

We offer $25–$29 per hour plus bonus potential and full benefits. Training runs Monday–Friday; standard schedule is Tuesday–Saturday. Service Titan experience is highly preferred for this fast-paced home-service team.

Qualifications

• Previous CSR, call center, dispatch, or phone sales experience is preferred.
• Home service industry experience is a strong plus.
• Service Titan experience is a major plus.
• Excellent communication and phone sales abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound customer calls.
• Make outbound calls for follow-up, renewals, unsold estimates, scheduling, and lead generation.
• Book service calls and maximize conversion opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every interaction.
• Work closely with dispatch and operations teams.
• Accurately enter customer information and notes into ServiceTitan.
• Help drive revenue through strong phone and sales skills.
• Maintain professionalism and urgency during busy seasons.

Ballard Heating, Cooling, Electric & Plumbing is growing, and we are looking for a high-performing Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently on the phone, and knows how to turn conversations into booked opportunities.

Experience in the home service industry, trades, or Service Titan is highly preferred.

Schedule

• Full-time in office position
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Training schedule: Monday–Friday
• Standard schedule Tuesday–Saturday
