Hobaica Services in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an in-office, full-time role. You will handle inbound calls, schedule service appointments, greet walk-in customers, and support memberships and warranties while delivering a 5-star customer experience.

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will manage follow-up, open estimates, service bookings, parts and warranty administration, and participate in on-call dispatch rotation.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments.
• Greet walk-in customers and provide front-desk support.
• Assist with club memberships, warranties, and quality control processes.
• Handle customer follow-up, open estimates, and service bookings.
• Assist with parts and warranty administration.
• Participate in on-call customer service and dispatch rotation.
