Qualifications

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with tact.
• Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends, as required.

Responsibilities

• Answer high volume inbound phone calls to schedule service appointments.
• Schedule service maintenance, breakdown repairs, and new equipment installations.
• Manage inbound email and web portal inquiries.
• Make outbound calls to existing clients to coordinate service appointments.
• Assist the sales team with tasks such as report and track sales performance, educate clients about products and services, and scheduling sales appointments.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure needs are met and communication is clear across departments.
