Job summary

Cool Air Solutions is seeking a motivated Call Center representative in Murrieta, CA. You will handle incoming calls, provide friendly service, and schedule service and sales appointments to keep technicians busy and customers satisfied.

We offer a pay range of $19-$25 per hour plus commissions and incentives. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required, with prior customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a high volume of inquiries.
• Proficient with CRMs and MS Office.
• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, or electrical terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries in a friendly, professional, and timely manner, providing exceptional customer service.
• Listen attentively to customer concerns and questions, demonstrating empathy and a desire to resolve issues promptly.
• Schedule service and new sales appointments to keep the call board full for technicians and Comfort Advisors.
• Dispatch technicians based on availability and customer preferences to prioritize high-value opportunities.
• Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and appointment details.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting over the phone before dispatching a technician if needed.
• Collaborate with service technicians and share necessary job details.
• Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction and address further concerns.
• Handle complaints with professionalism and effective resolutions.
• Stay updated on services and policies to answer inquiries accurately.
• Assist in data entry, invoicing, and generating service reports.
