Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer-facing phone role (CSR/call center) required.
• Strong phone presence and ability to lead conversations.
• Ability to book appointments and handle inquiries with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls warmly and professionally.
• Book appointments and identify sales opportunities.
• Dispatch technicians and maintain daily service schedule.
• Update customers on arrival windows and changes.
• Respond to texts, web inquiries and social messages promptly.
• Enter leads and customer data accurately in ServiceTitan.
• Support payments, invoicing, memberships, and permits.
