EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating communications across teams within a fast-growing pest control company.

You will support efficient daily operations, maintain accurate records, and manage technician schedules. The role emphasizes strong communication skills, conflict resolution experience, and a high school diploma or GED as preferred qualifications.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience and/or conflict resolution, including phone, email, and SMS communication.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and provide customer service.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver proactive customer service through phone, email, and messaging platforms, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Schedule new and recurring pest control services and coordinate 4-point home inspections with Branch Sales Professionals for existing customers.
• Maintain accurate records by logging and managing customers, technician, and management communications within internal systems, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
• Monitor customer appointment schedules and proactively support appointment adherence and service completion.
