EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to deliver top-notch pest control services during scheduled maintenance, inspect for pest activity, and build lasting customer relationships. You will communicate clearly, maintain accurate records, and ensure service excellence while following safety guidelines.

The role emphasizes customer service experience, a valid driver's license, and state-required training/licensing.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience (preferred).
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history (essential).
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control training/licensing (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and PPE.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity and recommend solutions.
• Explain treatments, answer questions, and maintain service records.
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and vehicles for readiness and quality.
• Follow safety policies and use technology to manage appointments and documentation.
