Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer service during maintenance appointments by inspecting for pest activity, providing effective treatments, and building lasting relationships. You will communicate proactively, maintain accurate records, and ensure safety standards are followed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history; driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control training and licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity, identify treatment needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating with the office as needed.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
