Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of customer service experience and at least 1 year of hands-on mechanical experience. This position offers an hourly rate of $25-$27 and various benefits to ensure associate satisfaction and well-being.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• At least 1 year of hands-on mechanical experience required.
• Must understand and comply with safety and maintenance policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily and weekly workforce plans based on customer needs.
• Communicate maintenance updates and resolve service issues.
• Assure that all Penske Rental units are maintained.
