OK International, part of the Dover Engineered Products segment, is seeking an on-site Sales Support professional in Cypress, California. The role blends sales, marketing, data input, CRM management, and customer service to build strong relationships with customers and distributors while supporting the External Sales Teams.

You will handle quotations, schedules, and order processing, ensuring on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Formación

• 2+ years experience in Customer Service.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Comprehensive computer skills – Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytic and time management skills; detail oriented and strategic.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Exceptional customer service and professional demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively call and respond to customers to develop opportunities and recommend products.
• Respond to inquiries regarding service, products, and accounts.
• Analyze and resolve customer concerns using established procedures.
• Follow up leads and qualify new customers; develop opportunities.
• Provide support for External Sales Teams and produce reports.
• Monitor delivery schedules and communicate deadlines to customers.
• Manage information sourcing and data management; provide first-line technical/sales support.
• Supply detailed quotations and price/delivery information.
• Handle distributor shipments, express orders, and back-orders.
• Manage returns, invoice queries, and discount processes.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and perform other duties as assigned.
