Job summary

OK International is a global manufacturer of electronic benchtop tools and precision dispensing solutions with facilities in Cypress, CA. The company is part of Dover Engineered Products within the Dover Corporation, delivering innovative equipment and services worldwide.

We are seeking an Operations leader to execute daily production and distribution plans, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery while driving continuous improvements across production, shipping, and inventory

Qualifications

Minimum 2–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing, production, distribution, warehouse, or similar operations.
Experience with production planning, scheduling, inventory control, shipping, and receiving.
Experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

Responsibilities

Execute daily production and distribution plans to meet customer requirements and drive on-time delivery performance.
Lead daily production meetings to review priorities, delivery performance, past dues, material constraints, capacity, and recovery actions.
Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Customer Service, Quality, Engineering, and other departments to resolve issues impacting production and customer delivery.
Oversee Production, Shipping, Receiving, Material Transfer, and Inventory Control activities.
Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
