Job summary

OK International, part of the Dover Corporation, is hiring for an onsite HR/Recruiting support role in Cypress, CA. You will assist recruiting efforts, manage postings, coordinate interviews, and ensure compliance across HR processes.

The role requires 2+ years in HR/admin with strong MS Office skills, organization, and communication abilities. Benefits include 401(k), PTO, holidays and more; pay ranges $17–$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related HR or Admin experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's in HR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and HR Support Responsibilities.
• Assist with recruiting efforts, manage open requisitions, run job advertisements, coordinate interviews, and more.
• Oversee postings on Indeed and LinkedIn recruiter websites and maintain updates on HR Central.
• Ensure I-9 compliance and prepare employment offers and background checks.
• Coordinate new hire paperwork and assimilation documents; manage HR audits and special projects.
