Job summary

Rensa Filtration is seeking a Full Time Support Level 2 AFE-Corporate position in Carol Stream, IL to deliver exceptional customer service and administrative support for sales.

You will handle inquiries, process orders, coordinate fulfillment, and assist sales reps, contributing to customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education preferred.
• Experience in customer service, sales support, or order management is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or B2B environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Enter, process, and manage customer purchase orders.
• Create sales orders from approved customer quotes and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Support sales representatives with account management, quote preparation, order tracking, and customer follow-up activities.
• Coordinate order entry, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules to ensure customers receive products on time.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document customer interactions within CRM and business systems.
• Schedule meetings, maintain department records, and provide general administrative support to the sales team.
